Job Description:
The Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (ISR) Sector, Greenville site, Director, Project Engineering, reports directly to the ISR Greenville Sr. Director of Engineering. The Project Engineering Director is responsible for leading and directing experienced professionals and Project Engineering group supervisors. Provides technical guidance and leadership to Project Engineers. Maintains proper staffing levels and expertise to meet business objectives. Facilitates business growth serving as proposal reviewer/approver and engaging in all critical program gate reviews. Manages and/or develops budgets for assigned function or department, including operating requirements, training, equipment, and material purchases. Responsibilities:
Interfaces with cross site ISR Engineering and Business leadership to ensure Project Engineering needs are met on a multitude of different programs. Ensure engineering processes align with business area needs and drives process improvements where required. Maintain a Project Engineering functional structure that support business needs and provides professional development opportunities for Project Engineering members. Meets functional requirements of staffing, training, talent development, engagement, retention and overall management of the department. Responsible for all projects assigned to the PE discipline unit. Acts as an advisor to supervisors or staff members to drive cost, schedule and technical performance of engineering work or resolve technical or operational problems. Facilitates collaboration between functional disciplines to ensure program execution success. Responsible for overseeing engineering bid/proposal development to ensure adherence to Customer requirements and applicable L3Harris processes and procedures. Ensure programs, IRADS, pursuits and proposals are positioned to start successfully and technical rigor adherence during execution is applied. Drive Continuous Improvement & Quality Accountability through ownership of discipline productivity and quality measures, process training and process rigor. Support developing top line growth by working with Business Development, Program Management, and Business Leadership to provide input for Strategic Planning, Research and Development Planning, and Inter-Corporation Resource Sharing. Stays abreast of state-of-the-art technology advancement; identifying disruptive or emerging technology trends for inclusion in IRAD, innovation, or pursuit/program ECP opportunities, and product improvements. Qualification Requirements:
Bachelors Degree with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of applicable experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A degree in Engineering or related technical field is required. Candidate must possess experience leading large, multi-disciplined engineering teams in aircraft missionization, modification and test efforts. Management and leadership background with experience leading full lifecycle developments, including executing performance appraisals, managing staffing allocation, process leadership and career development. Ability to work in a matrix organization. Knowledgeable and experienced in deploying compliant EVMS, generating & approving robust EACs, risk & opportunity management, state/gate processes. Experience in Aerospace and Defense. Demonstrated history of recruiting, retaining, and promoting world class talent. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, results-oriented work environment. Self-confident with exceptional influencing, oral presentation and leadership skills Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; possess strong organization and prioritization skills. Preferred Additional Skills:
Experience with airworthiness certification processes under either civil or military regulations. Position requires an active DoD Secret Security Clearance, the ability to maintain the stated clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship.
Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
