L3Harris is looking for a Business Analyst to drive product requirements from high-level business requirements to actionable detailed product specifications. Analyze business and user needs, document requirements and resolve moderately complex system problems Act as a liaison between business users and technical team members to develop detailed systems design specifications and components (user screens, program logic, calculations, formats, reports, interfaces, etc.). Coordinate development and support for new and existing applications Translate requirements into functional documents Track issues and action items to resolution Develop test cases, test plans, and test schedules Coordinate system and user acceptance testing Provide production support and problem resolution on day-to-day issues Provide assistance with user training and documentation activities Requirements:
Bachelor Degree with a minimum of seven years of relevant experience. An equivalent amount of education and years of experience may also be considered. A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related technical field is preferred. Minimum of three years of experience working with large warehouse management system Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills Superior interpersonal, communications and presentation skills SQL skills Microsoft Project experience is preferred Project Management experience is preferred Candidate must ability to obtain Secret level clearance as well as the ability to obtain and maintain required Program Briefings.
