Compare to normal conditions.
Report to Board Operator.
Field Operator I assist the Board Operator with the running of the plant with more focus on loading.
Report what happened on your shift to your relief during passdown.
Always include any unusual conditions that exist at the end of the shift, even if that condition started prior to your shift.
Job Duties Assist the Board Operator in running the plant Check safety showers in the loading areas and the RBTs at the start of every shift Pull plant and tank samples as needed Collect containment samples when it rains Attend safety meetings - contribute Load bleach, caustic and acid, dispose of sample totes appropriately Safety check the caustic RBT every time it is used Pump containments appropriately after verify with Lab and Board Operator Qualify on new / updated procedures.
Record in employee training log.
Assist FO II under direction of the Board Operator File the shipped paperwork in the boxes by product before end of shift Check the drivers out with their loads (do paperwork) Sweep, mop, clean the Warehouse, Guard Shack Clean the loading areas Readings and Logs- Field Operator I Plant readings - 2 to 3x / shift.
If Reading Sheets are not filled in, write the reason in those columns (do not just leave blank).
Assist FO II and Board Operator with Acid Log 6x / shift and samples / shift Assist and report Rail Switch to Board Operator Report Incidents and Accidents and help Board Operator draft Incident Reports Job Type:
