8 3 hours ago Full Job Description POSITION SUMMARY Analyzes estimates of material, equipment and production costs and reviews contractual documents to ensure adherence to district policy, government specifications and requirements and conformance to master agreements.

Verifies all aspects of the order, including pricing to ensure conformance with district policy while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and responsivness.

Utilizes contract experience, communication, and mathematical skills to negotiate contracts for supplies for Hunt Memorial Hospital District.

Provides product cost analysis.
10.
Manages vendor relationships and vendor performance with contracts for Hunt Memorial Hospital District.
11.
Effectively communicates with the team members and customers regarding expiring contracts and contract execution status.
12.
Researches product data usage for contract utilization purposes.
13.
Monitors contract compliance and savings opportunities.
14.
Maintains supply contract files.
15.
Anticipates problems and initiates actions to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently.
16.
Coordinates and faciliatates the development and management of all service agreements excluding Professional Services agreements and contracts.
17.
Uses information provided by our Groups Purchasing Organizations and independent sources to seek opportunities to reduce/contain purchased services expenditures.
18.
Analyzes and determines client's needs and develops and reviews RFP's, quotes, and bids.
19.
Keeps abreast with economic trends and forecasts to discern independent contract opportunities.
20.
Monitors adherence to established contracting policies and procedures to assure district wide compliance.
21.
Identifies opportunities for vendor consolidation and improvement in product utilization processes.
22.
Maintains a current awareness of GPO contracts and contracting opportunities through regular discussions with GPO Account Representatives and through e-information provided by GPO's.
23.
Assists customer to develop measurable and complete specifications that meet minimum required performance criteria prior to the start of the RFP, RFQ or bid process.
Guides customer through the development of RFP, RFQ or bid document, response analysis, selection of awarded vendor and contract negotiation processes.
24.
Manage all credit card transactions as well as reconciling the district credit card.
25.
Assist directors with Service and Software contracts using contract management system.
Train new directors in the use of the contract management system.
26.
Assist Director of Materials in the management of the contracts for the Materials Management Department.
27.
Places daily orders including electronic and manual.
Processes daily EDI transaction, verifies backorders, rejections, and price discrepancies.
Onboards new vendors to the EDI system.
28.
Performs all duties assigned by the Director of Materials Management.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
