Qualifications:
Data Entry Skills, Attention to Detail, Proficient in Excel, Analyzing Information, Confidentiality, Thoroughness, General Math Skills, Reporting Skills, Verbal Communication, Organization, Outside the Box Critical Thinking Responsibilities Maintains Risk Management and FMLA information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
Prepares reports by compiling summaries of new hires, terminations, working schedules and overall analytical analysis of the Informational system.
Resolves HRIS errors within Dayforce Assists with helping enter Payroll data Reviewing and analyzing custom reporting Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
Maintains HRIS operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
