Job Description:
L3Harris Greenville is seeking a Security Support D to join its PERSEC team.
The job duties of a personnel security (PERSEC) specialist involve ensuring that employees and contractors in a facility obtain a proper security clearance.
This includes reviewing documents for accuracy, electronic fingerprinting, auditing records, briefings, access packages, and security debriefings.
A PERSEC specialist must have the ability to manage multiple task simultaneously in a fast paced office, customer service oriented, organization and strong attention to detail.
Essential Functions:
Able to be granted and maintain a DoD Secret clearance Strong communications, organization, detailed oriented, time management skills
Qualifications:
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
Proficient in MS Office (Teams, Work, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
