Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar efficiently.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- File and organize documents, ensuring proper record-keeping.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry and maintaining office supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations of the office.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Knowledge or interest in surveying or related fields would be a bonus.
