This does not require previous experience, but it is a plus.
It is required that candidates are professional, self-starters with great initiative, take ownership of their work, have high energy, kindness, and honesty.
We try to create an atmosphere of fun and energy, but also provide quality care and a top-notch level of customer service.
Responsibilities include:
-Create a welcoming and friendly first impression for new patients in person and over the phone -Help all patients feel welcome -Organize patient paper charts and electronic documentation -Maintain patient accounts -Collect and record patient payments -Verify insurances -Get authorization for patient treatment -Schedule patients -Enjoy the unique opportunity to help a new clinic grow and progress!
