JOB SCOPE
Performs various heat treating operations including but not limited to continuous furnace, batch furnace, etc. Maintains controls on furnaces and generators to ensure proper settings and dewpoint readings.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Checks dimensions and tolerances
Performs own setups.
Works with minimal supervision
Assists in training and instruction of lower level personal.
Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations.
Preferred
High School diploma or GED preferredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
